Hi guys! I hope that you and your family had a fun and safe 4th of July weekend. Today we talked about being kind friends and read the story of Ruth and Naomi. Ruth was a kind friend to Naomi in several ways: remember that God wants us to be kind friends too!!

This week we will have our second Camp E.D.G.E. day and I'm so excited to see how we can experience and discover God everywhere!! Remember your bathing suits too!! See you guys Thursday, July 9th at 9:30AM!!

Camp E.D.G.E.-Day One

friends & family day:

is this Sunday!!! (May 31, 2009) Be sure to join us at our property located at 3838 S.R. 44 in New Smyrna. We'll be having an outdoor worship service: starting at 10:00AM. With lunch and fun activities to follow!!

wednesday night:

be sure to join us tomorrow night for dinner and Bible study. this will be the last time that we get together on Wednesday night for the summer. but don't forget all of the fun opportunities we have for you to enjoy this summer!! if you have any questions feel free to call us! dinner is at 6:00PM! see you there!!

...where have I been?

sorry that it's been a while since I've posted. I missed two special days last week and they were:

Thursday, May 14, 2009: Aaron's 10th Birthday!!
Sunday, May 17, 2009: Scott's 11th Birthday!!

I hope that both of you had wonderful days!!! In other news we are busy with so many things and I hope that non of us are too busy to talk to God: remember he is always ready to listen to us. This week we are finishing up the Fruit of the Spirit series on Wednesday nights and we'll be talking about self-control. Sunday we'll be finishing up our What's so Great about Prayer? series: be sure to join us!!!

On Sunday, May 31st we will be hosting an outdoor worship service at our property and providing lunch and some fun activities so be sure to invite your friends and family!!
