Children's Sunday

hey guys!! just a reminder that this Sunday, March 29th is Children's Sunday!! there will be no Children's Church; but Redemption Store will be open. I look forward to seeing all of you there!

and don't forget to join us tonight at the Ministry Center for dinner and Bible study!!

Rain!!

we finally got some well deserved rain!! i hope that everybody stayed dry at the bus stop!!

Sunday was a great day!! We had a few visitors who joined us while they were on vacation and I hope that they enjoyed themselves! It was an privilage to have them in class.

This week if somthing "unfair" happens to you remember that Jesus knows what it's like to be treated unfairly. Remember that he was arrested, tried, and put to death for doing nothing wrong!! But because he loves each one of us!!

This Wednesday we'll be talking about patience...we all need to have a little patience, come and find out what God has to say about it!! Dinner is at 6:00PM and Bible Study at 6:30PM. See you there!!!

...good Monday morning....I hope that all you are having a wonderful day at school, work, home-wherever you may be and are remembering that Jesus Understands You!!

This morning I woke up not feeling to good and thinking about everything that I have yet to do: but was quietly reminded that God knows every moment of my life and has it planned for me, and you, to be right where we're for "such a time as this"

Remember to join us on Wednesday nights for dinner and Bible study. We're still exploring the Fruit of the Spirit-this week we'll be talking about Joy!

Spring Fest is right around the corner and we have all the plastic eggs we need but are still accepting candy donations!! Thanks for all of your support!!

SUNDAY: the week that changed the world

I sure hope that you were able to join us today: Mr. Ben is taking the adults through the week that changed the world and today (although a week early) he was on Palm Sunday, otherwise known as the Triumphal Entry. And to help everybody relate to and remember the importance of the day we had guest donkeys!! (courtesy of Kirkland Sod/Farm) They fit the part perfectly and so did those who helped with the palm branches. Thanks so much!!!!

We're going to be looking at the story of Easter too! Be sure to join us on Sunday mornings for Children's Church where we'll be discovering how much Jesus really understands us! (and trust me, He understands!)

I also hope that you'll join us on Wednesday nights as we study the Fruits of the Spirit: be sure to participate in the poll and check back often!!

p.s. SPRING FEST update: we met our egg goal and now really need candy donations: you can donate at church on Sunday mornings or at the Ministry Center throughout the week. Thanks so much for all of the donations!!! (you may also donate small "toys" ie: bouncy balls, small bubbles... for the "goodie bags")

I can Help!

This past Sunday was so fun discovering ways that we can help one another. You guys did a great job coming up with ways you can help others!! I hope that you do your best to be helpful this week just like the ladybug is helpful to those who like to grow fruits and vegetables!!

Remember that Galatians 5:13 says: but by love serve (help) one another.

I hope to see all of you on Wednesday night for dinner and Bible study: we get started at 6:00PM.
